Client-side computing security support

The 24/7 IT Support Center can assist you in instituting safe computing practices to help protect your data and personal information. This assistance includes configuring your computer to obtain regular operating system updates, installing and proper configuration of anti-virus software and information on responsible and safe internet browsing. In addition, the staff can help you understand the pros and cons of various anti-malware applications, so you can decide which anti-virus and anti-spyware programs you want to run.

The staff of the 24/7 IT Support Center can also address virus and spyware infestations that have already occurred. This may involve the removal of the infections, or the complete reinstallation of the operating system.
