The UAConnect Project Team is now scheduling departments for migration to UAConnect, the new University email and calendaring system. All departments on University-hosted email will be migrated before the start of the spring 2011 semester (January 12).
Departments can request the migration date between November 15 and January 10 that works best for them.
Pre-migration tasks such as collaboration between UITS and departmental IT staff, identifying all department employees to move, creating departmental room resources for the calendar, setting up departmental email accounts and DSVs, and more, will require work in advance of the migration date. UITS can migrate departmental IT staff earlier upon request.
Deans and Department Heads can schedule their departments' migration dates by sending a request via the UA Connect website Feedback and Questions page:
